100-Day Invite

If there’s anyone in the Washington, DC metropolitan area who’s free this Saturday afternoon, you’re invited to come to e’s 100-day celebration. It’ll be a casual event in a restaurant with free food and fun. The 100-day mark is a traditional watermark in Korean culture with attendant rituals and food. My mom’s making all the arrangements so I’m not sure how much of the traditional stuff will be included, but you might nevertheless want to come by and say hi and meet e in person.

To Do: Black Landlord at the M Room

It’s time to blow off steam, people. Head on down to Fishtown’s M Room (Fishtown’s Manhattan Room just doesn’t sound right) TONIGHT and give the Black Landlord his rent. There’s an opening band, Prowler, so BL might not get to stage by 10 or so. I’ll be there after grading all afternoon, so you can be sure that I’ll be pretty stupid.
